Return & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility & Process

Our merchandise return framework operates under a 30-day limited return protocol, stipulating that consumers are entitled to initiate a return request strictly within 30 calendar days post-receipt of the purchased goods.

To qualify for a return, the item must retain pristine, unaltered condition, exhibiting no indications of use, wear, or tampering. The original factory-sealed packaging, along with all attached identification tags, barcodes, and proof of procurement, is mandatory.

Return initiation requires prior written authorization via our designated support channel at f.klantenservice@outlook.com. Unsolicited returns dispatched without formal approval will be deemed non-compliant and subject to non-acceptance.

Upon return authorization, an official return shipping protocol will be communicated, inclusive of shipping labels and precise handling directives. The return dispatch must conform strictly to the stipulated conditions to be eligible for processing.


Liability for Defective or Erroneous Items

Upon receipt, customers are required to immediately scrutinize their order for any manufacturing anomalies, transit-induced impairments, or erroneous dispatches. Any discrepancies must be reported instantaneously to facilitate remedial intervention.


Exemptions & Non-Returnable Commodities

Certain product categories are categorically excluded from return eligibility, including but not limited to:

  • Perishable commodities (e.g., foodstuffs, botanical items, consumables).
  • Custom-fabricated goods (e.g., personalized, bespoke, or made-to-order merchandise).
  • Hygiene-sensitive and personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, toiletries, beauty products).
  • Hazard-classified materials (e.g., flammable substances, pressurized gases, chemically volatile liquids).

Furthermore, items procured under promotional markdowns or gift cards are expressly ineligible for return.

Exchanges & Alternative Resolutions

For expedited procurement of a replacement product, customers are advised to return the undesired item to our processing center in Dubai. Upon successful return validation, a fresh order must be placed independently.


European Union Statutory Cooling-Off Rights

In compliance with Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers domiciled within the European Economic Area (EEA) retain an unequivocal right to retract from a transaction within 14 days of physical receipt, absent any obligation to furnish justificatory reasoning.

To invoke this statutory entitlement, the product must adhere to the aforementioned uncompromised condition mandates, inclusive of original packaging, affixed tags, and transactional proof.


Refund Processing & Financial Reimbursement

Upon receipt and forensic assessment of the returned merchandise, we shall notify the customer regarding refund eligibility. Approved reimbursements shall be transacted via the original payment instrument within a timeframe of 10 business days, subject to financial institution processing constraints.
